Tell me what part of the body you want to work, any issues or previous injuries you have, if you have access to a gym or not, and the Level you want and I will write you a custom 30 min workout.
This is for a single workout that is designed to be completed within 30 mins given the parameters you advise. You will get the workout written out and sent to you in text form.
