Did you read a popular science article or hear a news story that seems too good to be true? Did your friend make a science claim that seems fishy?
Scientific research is complex, and often misinterpreted in the news. I will take a look at the story or claim, then look at the original research if possible, and give you my opinion.
Training & Qualifications
I have a bachelors degree in Biology and did graduate work in genetics. I've worked in scientific research for over 10 years. I also worked as a research analyst, which involved reading scientific articles on many topics and writing simple summaries.
