For yourself or for your children. I will help you design a bedtime routine or troubleshoot an existing one.
We put a lot of importance on getting a good night's sleep in America. But most people are never really taught how to fall asleep. We're just given a dark room and told to figure it out ourselves as children. Many of us never really do.
I will help you learn how to quiet the mind, create a safe space, and incorporate important self-care. We will work together to identify bottlenecks and stumbling blocks, and then find solutions that fit you and/or your family.
This is kind of a new idea of mine that I want to try out, so the price reflects that. I've learned a lot about how children fall asleep from my years of experience with children, and I think it's applicable to adults too. I can say, I am really good at getting children to sleep. Especially my own children, because I've taken the time to help them learn how to fall asleep.
Training & Qualifications
Right now, I'm just someone with an idea based on what I've learned from my experiences with children (I've got a LOT of experience with that).
