I help people who feel anxious in relationships to find inner security and confidence, allowing them to have the intimate and stable relationships they most desire.

Relationships (and life) haven't always felt safe for me. I didn't trust there were attuned, caring humans around and always felt a little sad, empty and powerless to do anything about it. My mind could fixate on someone else and believe that if that person just loved me, I would be happy.

Through my inner journey I've learned to lean into fear. Anxiety can be an ally. Accepting it, feeling it, and inquiring into its source yields insight and freedom. I've gained more access to resources, more agency, and more ability to honor my desire for connection AND freedom.

Being human isn't easy. The range of emotions that come is huge. A little willingness to move towards what's uncomfortable and scary is all it takes to bring courage, confidence, and relationships where you can be authentic and deeply loved.
