Today I am a "flexitarian" but I spent 15 years as a vegetarian and 5 of those years I ate only "raw vegan" food.
While I ate vegan I taught myself to cook and uncook (meaning raw food recipes). While I have always been a pretty decent cook, thanks to my amazing parents for teaching me, it was during my vegan years that my skills were really amped up.
For 20 Simbi, I will send you a PDF of my own cookbook, which I gave as Christmas gifts one year.
I have always been very proud of this cookbook and now have a platform where I can share it with others. It is a great tool if you are recently vegetarian or vegan (free of all animal products) and are looking for wholesome meals to cook yourself. Being vegetarian can be very tricky sometimes and so you want to make sure you are getting all of the important nutrients. My cookbook can help!!
Training & Qualifications

While I have always been a pretty decent cook thanks to my amazing parents for teaching me, it was during my vegan years that my skills were really amped up. I started making all my own meals and sometimes I would even bring my own food with me to restaurants. It was a time where I worked a lot of events that took place at or near restaurants. The events were physical so I would have to be properly fed.
