Retail middle management by day; mom, homemaker and support staff for hubby's college goals by night. I cook and bake for stress relief, and hit the power tools or yard work when that's not enough. I try to maintain a healthy kitchen and cook most things from scratch (but pizza still happens - we're healthy, not perfect lol). I don't hit the gym, but I get my sweat in with daily dance parties with my kid. Life is about balance ... and coffee. Definitely coffee.
