I am an Empowerment Coach, Reiki Practitioner, advocate, empath, queer woman (51% introvert) living in the PNW. I offer Virtual Lif...e & Health Coaching, Distance Reiki & a few other things.
As a healer, I have learned we are very much whole beings so whole-self approaches to happiness, healing & transformation are important. I have a very holistic-type approach to my coaching - we formulate a fierce plan together that you can follow when you’re feeling burnt out or stressed. I have some powerful (yet many are simple!) tools to clear old stuff (i.e. mindsets) out while also re-learning to be a wild, gutsy human again. What several my clients have said working with me is gaining some self compassion & new ways of looking at things was super helpful!
I am certified in Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching, Reiki Level 2 training, as well as trauma informed, with a yoga background, continual student of wellness & energy, with a blackbelt in life experience. I would love to converse with you & see where I can help you grow more fully into your own fierceness.
As an Empowerment Coach, some things we can touch on or deep dive into include:

tossing out the musts/shoulds/have tos & stepping into what does feel best,
working through through weight we carry esp as female identifying like emotional labor & patriarchy,
EFT & meditations to shift old Mindsets (such as carrying emotional labor),
tools for becoming more Mindful in everyday life,
clearing Old Beliefs that have you feeling stuck like (such as not ‘good enough’),
how to Ground yourself & make a practice of it,
creating a super beefy awesome Self Care toolbox you can go back to as you become stressed or overwhelmed,
finding things specific to you that Nourish you from the inside out,
coaching through a Challenges like a breakup, grief, health struggle, moving
