I'm a 32 year old with a deep interest in History, and science fiction.

I have had a few different areas of employment, from building cleaning, building cleaning lead. Being a building cleaner was my first fulltime job outside of highschool. I learned how to work as a team in this posit in, but also the value of hard work. My years of experience in that first job also provided me with an opportunity a few years later to become a lead worker, in charge of making sure my team got things done, as well as helping them learn how to do their work in an efficient manner. It was my first time as a supervisor and I will never forget it

A worker at an ice arena where one of the things I did was teach basic skating to children and adults, as well as teaching how to play Ice Hockey. I really enjoyed this postion, being able to help people improve their skills in an area where I am fairly competent.

Working in hotels, at the front desk at all times of day. Working during the day was a great time to build relationships with guests, and helping them find an event or recommending places to eat, being able to be a great help to their day made me happy. Working during the night auditor shift however is a very different feel, though not in a bad way. In this position, I learned how to keep great records and became an invaluable member of the staff at one hotel I worked at.
