I wasn’t blessed with great genetics

I grew up chubby, I battled low self esteem and insecurities for most of my life.

I knew I had a greater purpose and knew there was more out there for me.

My low self image got in the way of a lot of opportunities that I came across because I felt I was inadequate.

I had hit rock bottom, and it was at that point that I knew something had to change.

I hired my first fitness coach and decided to take it all the way and compete in a bodybuilding competition.

Before then I never saw my abs and never knew I could even get there!

This achievement sparked a whole new confidence and drive in me that I knew would help take me to the next level not just physically but in ALL aspects of life! 🚀

Since then, I have competed in 5 competitions and won a few championships 🏆

But the best thing that came out of that, was not the trophies, it was the mindset and strong will that came out of it!

For over 6 years now, I have dedicated my life to helping men achieve that same mindset while getting in the best shape of their lives!
