I am a seasoned professional with a background in Data Center Enterprise level monitoring and support.

I personally specialize in systems triage, deep system troubleshooting and disaster recovery or resolution. Real time monitoring and penetrative testing can be done to fully realize the gravity of your concern.

I am proficient in RHEL, CentOS, Windows, Exchange Server and MPLS VPN and private cloud deployments. IRL my services are billed at 350/hour, save yourself some cash and let me have a crack at it!

Training & Qualifications

I an the Lead Engineer of a Tier II NOC responsible for 24/7/365 customers in 33 data centers globally. My team of engineers is comprised of a variety of talent in IT and it is my job to quickly ascertain and delegate in a manner that saves the customer time, money and reputation.
