I am a clinical herbalist offering 60-minute herbal consultations to help you reach your wellness goals. All consultations are virtual through Zoom. During our time together I will gather information about your health concerns, history, and lifestyle. Afterward, I will create a plan that includes custom herbal formulas, recommended supplements, and possible diet and lifestyle suggestions. (the cost of any herbal formulas is not included in the consultation)

Training & Qualifications
I have been studying herbal medicine since the mid-1990s with many teachers, including Rosemary Gladstar, Susan Hess, and Cathy Skipper. I am a graduate of the Sky House Clinical Herbalism program, and I am currently an advanced student at the Eclectic School of Herbal Medicine.
Availability & Preferences
I have availability on many weekday mornings, as well as some Saturday mornings. I am also flexible and willing to work with folks to find a time that works for both of us.
