I will give you some advice about Anxiety.
I can tell you what it is, help you pin point your sources of anxiety and hopefully narrow down what kind you have. I can tell you the symptoms and experience that myself and others I know have exhibited and felt and how we have learned to handle them. I can even help coach you on how to talk to others in both personal and professional settings about anxiety.
This will all be personal information, I am not a doctor, but I am a fellow sufferer of anxiety and have been since I was a little kid. Hopefully I can help you learn more about yourself and help you navigate your life easier.
Training & Qualifications
I have suffered from Anxiety for as long as I can remember, I am not a doctor or medical professional, but I have numerous anecdotes from myself and others close to me who all suffer from varying types of anxiety. I spent my whole life growing up not knowing why I felt like I was different and why I felt shear dread for seemingly normal activities, until i graduated high school and had a full blown mental breakdown when the structure of school was taken away and I had to figure out who I was. I want to be able to help others who feel like this so they can avoid the breakdown I suffered.
