Hypnotherapy is a way of creating incredible change and gaining incredible insight through the subconscious.

A note: Not here to prove past lives are real to anyone! Here to help people explore their subconscious. Whatever you think is going on there, there is much we don't know.
The subconscious is actually the place where most of our decisions get made, a place where we process information at a much faster rate than the conscious mind. It's a place of incredible discovery where healing can occur on a level that can be astounding. And then, sometimes, it's just plain interesting. If you're a curious person, or looking for solutions because you haven't found them elsewhere, let's explore and see where things take us.
In all my sessions my primary goal is to hold a profoundly safe and loving space for you.
Training & Qualifications
Working towards certification in past life hypnotherapy after taking part in an incredible course. (These trades help me get my hours.) I also have previous training in leading ritual and in many forms of energy healing , including reiki and divine mother healing. Sessions must last at least one hour, typically 1-2, depending on the service and the person.
