Training & Qualifications
Coach Bren, Founder and Head Coach has a Bachelors in Psychology and Social Work, as well as a Personal Trainer Certification, Mobility Coach, Resiliency Instructor, a Registered Yoga Teacher, and Nutrition Coach Certification.
