As a Holistic Health Coach I value physical health as a foundation for whole being health, wellness and happiness.
In these sessions we discuss your health holistically in which I quickly pin point areas that are lacking or out of alignment. I use both my health coaching and intuitive skills to do this. I provide holistic health insights and we discuss fresh ideas to educate, inspire and guide you towards an expanded and unique expression of whole being health applicable to you personally.
Sessions include a relaxing energy healing to provide space and time for integration plus to enhance your coaching session. I work intuitively with higher energies and various healing tools such as aromatherapy, crystals, bodywork, drumming and crystal sound bowls as you sit quietly or rest on the massage table. A relaxing integrative experience leaving you feeling shifted, clear, light and connected.
Intuitive Health Coaching & Healing sessions are available either in person or live online. Keep in mind that this kind of healing work is not reliant on your physical presence, so distance causes no barrier for online sessions.
I provide you with a video recording of your health coaching discussion for you to review and make reference.
