I can make you a custom fitness schedule to for your goals and your needs.
For 20 Simbi, I can make a one week customized plan that can be repeated each week
For 35 Simbi, I can make a two week plan.
For 85, I can make a monthly plan.
Note: if you have a menstrual cycle, I can sync your workout plan to your particular cycle. There are parts of the cycle where certain things are most effective and certain things are somewhat harmful, discouraging or uncomfortable. There is no extra charge for this, it comes with the monthly plan. Just let me know if you want this feature.
For an additional 15 Simbi, I can add a mindfulness practice plan. This will help with your overall physical and mental health, and help you stay motivated and committed.
Also for an additional 25 Simbi + 2 actual dollars (Shipping) I can handmake the schedule in your favorite colors or with your aesthetic suggestions and send it to you to hang in your house.
I would start with a questionnaire about your preferences and goals, and then overall design would take me a week or two.
I can include some flexibility if you can't stand strict schedules.
Training & Qualifications
I was in the US Army and learned a lot about balanced fitness plans from them. I also have a serious connective tissue disorder that I have to work around in my own life, so I have done a lot of independent study on the specifics of fitness and health.
I have been practicing yoga for 9 years, and have pulled myself out of more than one slump over the years.
I have made these schedules for friends and family with a great deal of lasting success.
