I can meet you in the community or in your home for a yoga class. I have experience with children, special needs, elderly, back pain, hip pain, hatha, vinyasa, and restorative yoga. Can teach individual or group classes.
I feel like the economic structure that currently exists is flawed. I have attended several events where the exchange of money is restricted. The events operate under a gift economy. I had numerous amazing experiences in those environments and would be thrilled to see it on a grander scale.
