I will assist you in the design of a beer/wine/soda draft system for your bar or restaurant. Whether you're considering a 20-faucet tower or a three-product kegerator, I can talk you through the advantages and disadvantages of each approach, examples including:
- whether to plumb your system with 3/16" or 1/4" ID line
- why a long-draw glycol-cooled system may not work for you (and why it may!)
- air-cooled systems, yes or no?
- cost/ease of ongoing maintenance of each system (including bi-weekly tap cleaning)
Training & Qualifications
For two and a half years, I was the regional manager at a draft installation company. We specialised in draft system installation and maintenance. I have an in depth knowledge of draft dispense, from single-faucet direct draw kegerators all the way up to commercial glycol-cooled long draw systems.
