I have explored and researched many spiritual paths. I have also spent a lot of time reflecting, learning about myself, others, Humanity and spirituality. I am spiritual but also grounded. After finding a beautiful spiritual and inner balance with insight, faith and peace, I wanted to find a way to live an existence while navigating through everyday life instead of secluding myself in monk like fashion. My life has and largely centered around finding balance and ways to do so in sometimes extreme circumstance and often attempting to achieve against the odds.

I enjoy fitness, the gym, yoga, martial arts, the outdoors, poetry, sculpting, writing, reading, science, sci-fi and related things.
