One time or multiple times.
Making mindfulness meditation a habit eludes me, even though it rocks my life when I do it.
I'm thinking we can set up a time to contact each other--right now is also good! We can either mute Skype (or the phone or whatever works) or get back to each other at the end.
I'd be open to sharing our experience afterward--or not if you don't want to. I'm flexible about timing, method, Simbis, exchange, pay-it-forward, one time or multiple times.
The point is to just DO it (not to quote Nike or anything).
