I am a 200 hr YTT Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor who has studied and trained in Rishikesh, India for 2 months. I have been consistently practicing yoga for 8 years now. I specialize in Vinyasa Flow but also teach Hatha, Restorative, Beginner and Inversions/ Arm Balances. I am great with beginners as well as advance yogis, tailoring the practice to your needs. I offer one on one guidance to improve and promote your practice, wherever you find yourself. I understand that everyone's body is different and I assist you in understanding how your body will work best for you.
