I have been practicing meditation since last year, and willing to teach you different techniques like: loving-kindness, mindfulness, meta, forgiveness, and mindful self-compassion practices. I have started using these techniques for my friends to help them understand what they want, what they need, and what's underneath those needs. I love the science behind meditation, and how you can build new neural pathways to have a healthier/happier life. We would first have a talk to address the challenging emotions, and thoughts in your life. Then, we brainstorm on which meditation technique better suit your needs, so I can provide the best tool for you for this time in your life..
Training & Qualifications
I have been practicing meditation for more than a year at Spirit Rock. Have completed 2 month-long class series in Mindful Self-Compassion and Healing Trauma. I am excited to share all my resources (books, guided meditations, articles, and retreat centers).
