I am a Life Coach trained by bestselling author and O Magazine columnist Dr. Martha Beck. My specialty is empowering people to awaken to their right life by letting go of self-imposed limitations and the emotional suffering caused by stressful thoughts and beliefs. These are given to us through the conditioning of collective society and oftentimes they work against us, not for us. In addition to questioning and dissolving stressful thought patterns my practice is centered on the critical necessity of loving yourself fully and uncompromisingly as we journey towards building a life that is the deepest reflection of who you are. Training & Qualifications
I have an M.S. Degree in Communication Systems from Northwestern University, a B.S. in Telecommunications Management and a Bachelors in Metaphysics from the University of Sedona. I am currently completing my coursework in the Martha Beck Life Coach Training program. I have studied extensively in the areas of philosophy, eastern mysticism, psychology and comparative religion. I work with individuals around the world via Skype or Phone.
