I feel self care is so important and most of us kind of for get about it just making it through and getting stuff done. So I am offering a service to help figure out self care for yourself and what be good to fit you in your life. Self care cab be differnt for every one for many reasons people enjoy differnt things and the time we have free and anthem found we have to do things. I will chat with you and help you to figure out what part of you life is needing some self care and then help you to figure out what best would fit for you to start giving more self care in your life and feel better. Or we can just chat about some basic self care techniques so to learn more about them and whynself care is so important and how it can help you in you life. We often forget to take time for our self even though it is needed so make a deal with me and together can help figure out somthing thay works for you.

I have been making sure to do some kind of self care for years and researching / study ways of self care and why its important and what others have to say on it.
I have help others with targeted advice to fit them for there self care and giving help to figure out what kinda self care is highly important in there life to better help them.
