Often after a yoga teacher training course, teachers are left to figure out the role and practice for themselves, when you are actually still starting to learn. Similarly, it is difficult to know how to start if you are a beginner yogi, or how to continue when you would like to get more out of your practice. If you are a yogi or a recently graduated instructor, I can help with any questions you have (or pose my own questions for you to consider and grow as a practitioner).
I can't help with physiotherapy or illnesses - there are other professionals who can help with this.
Training & Qualifications
I trained for 2 years on a KHYF course (Chennai) in 2009 and I have taught in three countries since. I am registered with the KHYF as a teacher and mentor.
