Do you ever get stuck at a crossroads, or stuck in your head, or stuck in a tar pit of doubt? And you need a new perspective, a sounding board, or at least a gentle, loving, but effective kick in the rear?
There's one thing that is true for all of us - "You can't see the picture when you're in the frame." I know that a lot of people aren't in a place where they need to engage a coach, they just need someone who is not in the "frame" with them -- someone who has no investment in their decisions except for wanting the best for them whatever choice they make.
Whatever you find yourself "stuck" in -- grab a cup of coffee (if you happen to be in St. Louis you can come to my office and the coffee's on me) and talk it through. I'll listen, actively and deeply. I'll challenge your assumptions, ask difficult questions, point out opportunities or barriers you might be too much "in the frame" to see.
And if you're willing to change your frame, release your stuckness, and start taking steps (even baby ones) we'll have you out of the mire and moving again.

I've been helping people change their frame, recognize new possibilities, and get back on the path of purpose for more than 20 years as a business coach and consultant, intuitive and guide. I've spent my life honing my ability to hear "between the lines" and respond to what people are NOT saying as well as what they are telling me and showing them how they can make small shifts that effect big change.
