Ed was very knowledgeable and communicated well over a Zoom call. I started the session only interested because the ad said something about pain reli...ef, and I finished intrigued with an understanding of how the body is made to move and how some habits of motion can cause pain and dysfunction, and being mindful and adjusting those patterns can relieve pain. He also was willing to take a little more time than planned so we could finish the session, and was understanding when there were interruptions.show more
