PCOS Assistance
PCOS takes the part of you that makes you feel like a woman, and rips it away. I will offer advice and my personal experience dealing with it. I'll tell you all the things I've tried and what the outcome was but most importantly, I will give you someone to talk to who ACTUALLY understands what you're going through and how you're feeling. 1 in 10 women have PCOS and a very high percentage go undiagnosed because the symptoms are common with something else. Doctors are typically slow to diagnose it, if at all. I can also tell you the story of how I came to find out I had it. It takes an average woman 4 different OBGYNs before one finally listens and discovers what's happening. I just happened to be diagnosed by the first doctor I went to. I am happy to provide you with facts, tips and tricks. I have not beaten PCOS but I am a fighter and I always win!

I have PCOS. I was diagnosed 8 years ago when I was 18 years old. It's been nothing but a nightmare and a fight ever since. I can tell you what didn't work for me but I can't guarantee it won't work for you. Everyone is different.
