I will provide Functional Patterns Human Biomechanics training via small group classes or online training. You can expect to improve performance, enhance posture, move better, increase mobility and/or alleviate pain all while learning to move more efficiently. I own and operate a personal training business called FridaFIT that's based in St. Louis Park Minnesota. I offer private, small group and online training.

I am a Functional Patterns Certified Human Biomechanics Practitioner. I have over 5 years of experience in the field and have been in business for over 4 years. I go to Functional Patterns headquarters in Seattle a couple times per year to continue my education in the continually evolving and progressive methodology.
