Being energetically or empathically sensitive can be a wonderful thing. you get this additional layer of information about the world that you can use to better your life, the life of your loved ones or clients. But it can be overwhelming. In this session I will teach the basics of good energetic boundaries (grounding, centering and shielding) for empaths and sensitives. I will also teach the basics of how to bring your abilities under your conscious control so that you are only picking up the energies that you want to pick up, when you want to pick them up.
Training & Qualifications
I am a healer and empath myself. I use these techniques every day to stay mentally healthy and sane.
