I can do most desktop and laptop repairs myself and enjoy doing them. I am MTA certified through Microsoft so no worrying about my knowledgability. I am happy to help and can solve some issues through chat or a phone call, other issues I may have to come on site to resolve. I am capable of providing my own transportation to and from a site and have all necessary tools to get the job done. I studied IT service and Computer Networking at Carthage Technical Center in Carthage Missouri. I am committed to the utmost professionalism as I was trained at the facility. My instructor was a prior employee of Dell and used his great knowledge to teach my class and prepare us to handle the ever changing world of Information Technology.
