One Yoga Pose Recommendation

I will recommend a pose for you, based on your needs and YOUR body!
Need help working up to a headstand or wheel? Need help for hamstring flexibility? Want to strengthen your back or tone your arms?
Want to calm down before bedtime? Want to relieve low back pain? Want to feel more confident and find your voice?
After a conversation with you to understand and find out what your goals are, I will recommend a pose and give you thorough instructions for warming up for the pose, transitioning into and out of the pose, holding the pose, and answer any questions you have about the pose.
Training & Qualifications
I am a 200-hr Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance and teach several Vinyasa Yoga classes a week at a local yoga studio.
Availability & Preferences
Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays
