As a career coach, I spend a lot of time helping my clients find new jobs. A huge part of that is your interview - how you present during this time is the difference between you getting the job or not!
I have worked with several corporate recruiters and HR team members to get a clear picture of how to best advise my clients on their resumes, and I would love to share that knowledge with you. After several years of experience in corporate recruiting, and time consulting with corporate recruiters HR team members, I feel qualified to give you feedback to make sure you are at the top of your interviewing game!
During the session, we will begin by completing a 30-minute mock interview. This interview can be tailored for your needs - to include behavioral questions, technical questions, or both.
The last half of the session will be a 30-minute debrief that includes feedback and coaching on how you presented yourself/answered questions, along with ways you can improve. This practice will help you become confident with your interviewing experience and practice answers to questions you will encounter in the real world!
