Journaling is one of my all-time favorite tools for self-care, self-awareness, and personal growth. As a coach, I often find that clients who practice self-reflection through journaling make much more significant progress than those who don't. Whether your goal is to just become more mindful, to get promoted at work, or to figure out what is next in your life - journaling prompts can help you find the answers and design a path forward!
To get started, I will ask a few important questions to get some context on your situation. From there, I will design some thoughtful prompts and then provide them to you in a PDF format.
