Recipe adaptation for special needs

If you have a favouite recipe, but can no longer eat it, or if you have found a recipe that you *really* want to try, but can't eat it for whatever reason, just send it to me and I'll adapt it for your needs! Just tell me what about it you like and don't like, and how you want me to adapt it for you. I can do just about any type of adaptation! I can adapt an oven recipe for your slow-cooker; make additions or substitutions to make it fit your specific needs (gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, food allergies, etc); or even just fix it for you because you don't like a certain ingredient.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for me to adapt a recipe and test it so I know it will work for you!
All recipes will include servings, serving sizes, and estimated nutritional information.
Training & Qualifications
I've studied food since I was a small child. I have several special food needs myself and have become very adept at fixing my favouite foods in a way that I can eat them!
