I will answer any questions pertaining to food prep, healthy foods, dieting, and anything that would fit in that category. 30 minutes sessions at a time.
Training & Qualifications
I am an avid chef in my own house. My spouse and I are healthy eaters and we like to know what's in our food, that being said I make a lot of our food from scratch. Anything from growing my own vegetables, making bread, canning, dehydrating, ect.
