I am what is called a mute
A mute is someone that has selective mutism (an anxiety disorder that is characterized by an inability to speak)
I've had selective mutism for over 8 years so I feel I am pretty qualified to explain what is it, how to spot it, how to deal and treat it, and how to live a productive life with selective mutism.
