I'm an accidental herbalist with a passion for creation. This covers more than just blending the teas and coffees and cocoas that have been my primary focus for years. I'm also an off and on writer, and a musician, when my body allows me. (If you know anything about the Spoon Theory, I'm a spoonie.)
