Small Animal Veterinarian

Why does my dog or cat do that? How do I tell if my bird is sick? Should my dog get the Lyme vaccine? What is heartworm? Can a cat eat a vegetarian diet? Why should I spay my cat? I will speak with you up to 30 minutes about pet related questions like these, including health questions, over the telephone/facetime/Facebook/Skype. Alternatively, I can converse by text or email about your question. I will attempt to answer as fully as I can given the virtual format. If you are local, I may be able to meet for a physical examination of your pet. I do not have a clinic, so I can't perform other types of diagnostics. I cannot diagnose or prescribe anything from a conversation, but I can determine if you need to see a veterinarian and the likely procedures and tests they will recommend so that you can be prepared. I can suggest tips for improving behavior as well.
