A home gardener and poultry hobbyist with experience that spans eighteen years, Kim 's knowledge varies from home garden vegetables, berries, fungi to fruit trees. She is proficient in canning, fermentation and preservation techniques and has also raised milk and meat goats, ducks, geese, and chickens. Kimberly is also a novice beekeeper.
