About my Knit & Crochet Career:
I'm a professional knit & crochet designer and technical editor. I design classic sweaters with unique construction, specializing in seamless knitting. I always keeps Mother Nature in mind when making yarn choices and I strive to provide you with patterns that are easy to follow, enjoyable and engaging to make! About Yoga & Reiki:
I've completed my 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training with Jacqui Bonwell's Sacred Seeds Yoga School and am attuned to levels 1, 2 and Advanced Reiki training with Starr Beauvais and received my Reiki Master/Teacher certification from Tanya Quarterman.
