For example, something has fallen apart in your design, those nasty box just won't get the colour or into the position that you want to set for it - I will do my best to give you a hand! :) Or, you are using a CMS (like Wordpress or Joomla), and not sure if what you have imagined is easily deployable, or what exactly you need for that specific feature (ie. it could be that the solution is just two clicks away, or you might need unique deveopment from a back-end programmer).
