Uzazu is a mind-body movement modality consisting of 16 pairs of opposite ways of being:
For example: the relationship between accepting what is AND happily going after what you want: that is, between Gratitude/Acceptance/Appreciation AND Commitment. Most people either work 80 hours a week and then drain themselves OR they go into spiritual bypass, saying stuff like "it's all in Divine timing" or "I am spontaneous" and then always being at least 2 hours late!
Or between seeing the BIG picture AND the Details: the forest AND the trees!
Or between listening to feedback AND connecting to your own Inner Vision.
Or between Connection and Self-Suffieciency/Independence.
Both sides of these opposites are so important!
The goal of it is to help you have access to ALL of who and what you are, especially the parts that you're uncomfortable with but you know you need.

Training & Qualifications
I am trained in Uzazu, Pranic Healing, Divine Openings, Reiki and Akashic Records Readings. In addition, I've created my own healing and transformation modalities such as Breakthrough Awakening, Epiphany Practice and the Co-Meditation Co-Creativity Process. I've gone from suicidal depression into the deepest joy, clarity, fulfillment and peace with the help of these modalities!
