I've lived in NYC for over twenty years and currently spend most of my time in Downtown Brooklyn, Fort Greene, and Clinton Hill. I live a block from Bed-Stuy (Bedford-Stuyvesant) and frequently travel to Greenpoint, Williamsburg, Park Slope, Crown Heights, Prospect Heights, and more over the County of Kings. (Brooklyn is a borough of Manhattan, but it also is its own county: Kings. Government is complex!) Drop me a message and I will offer my best information. Training & Qualifications
I'm a Brooklyn homeowner and it's my business to know what is going on in my neighborhood and my borough. I'm raising a kid here and pay attention to the comings and goings of buildings, businesses, people, politicians, and more. I live next door to Pratt Institute so I can tell you what the next generation of artists is up to. But I also live in the middle of a brownstone neighborhood and I listen to what long-time residents have to say about how things used to be and where they are going.
