Holistic healthcare can be effective for a wide variety of health issues, or it can be a wonderful way to stay healthy. If you have any chronic issues, or are recovering from an injury, illness, or addiction, I can help. I can also help if you have concerns about health problems that run in your family, and would like to prevent those issues from occurring in yourself. In this hour-long consultation, we’ll talk about your health concerns and goals, and discuss what you’re currently doing that may be affecting your health. I will use this information to help you formulate a plan to address those concerns and reach your goals. In the end, this plan will be yours, and it will be up to you to carry it out. I have the expertise and knowledge, but the power to take control of your health belongs to you! Let me help you discover that power.
This can be done in person, over the phone, or via text.

I am a Holistic Healthcare Specialist, with a wide range of experience and certifications in a variety of alternative and complimentary therapies, as well as a vast store of knowledge and experience with nutrition and food.
