I am LIz. My adventure in art began at a young age when I was able to comprehend that the strokes I made on a page were that of my own, and what I did was unique. Since then I’ve fed off that knowledge to strive to make art reflective of myself. Much of my inspiration comes from fantasy, a vigilante, and a desire to find adventure. With the maddening pull to explore a world far from our own, I’ve dug deep within myself to find it and since have begun my journey. Each piece has a sense of hope combined with loss. To accomplish this emotion, I use chiaroscuro to envelop my subjects deep within in shadows yet paint them with a defined elegance and warmth. Hoods hide secrets well but shadows are never truly black and there is much to learn from under the veil.

Along with my fine art I have bee. Using my creative talents to write a fantasy novel usin my paintings as inspiration. Looking for beta readers and editors to help finish it.
