What is Cuddling?

If there is any act you can engage to help your body and soul, it is cuddling. This prolonged affectionate touch is extremely beneficial to body, mind and health. Cuddling is not necessarily a full body activity, you can cuddle with your full body and you can cuddle with as much little body contact too.
Cuddling is one of the best physical manifestations of affection, that involve closeness, show affection and promote happiness. Cuddles produce a hormone that reduces stress and anxiety, which means they also improve your mental well-being. If you tend to avoid hugs or do not know which are the best movements to use, do not worry! With a little bit of technique, hugs will become easy and fun. Cuddling is an Art & a Science that everyone should cherish!
It’s no secret. Touch is good for you! Good for your body, your mind, and your spirit. Nurturing consensual touch strengthens your body by lowering blood pressure, reducing cortisol, strengthening the immune system, and relieving pain. Touch bolsters you emotionally by reducing stress, lowering anxiety, and increasing your sense of trust and security. Yet, we live in a touch-deprived culture. Most of us need more human contact than we are getting. *description borrowed
