Chinese Yoga - Daoyin and Qigong

I will be teaching various still postures from the martial arts of bagua, tai chi, and xingyi. I will also be teaching various movement exercises that change how one uses the body over time. These practices teach one to become more in touch with their body and how to daoyin (guide and lead awareness) and qigong (energy/breath work). These exercises have many of the same benefits as Indian Yoga. There are many influences to this practice that I teach.

Training & Qualifications


I have been learning internal martial arts since 2009 including wing chun, qigong, Healing Tao meditations, dissolving meditations, taijiquan (tai chi chuan), Yin style baguazhang, xingyiquan, and Han family yiquan most recently. My goal is to make you better than me - I am a stroke survivor and have personally used these arts to become fit again.
