I'm an Entrepreneurial Advisor, Interview Consultant, Professional Chef, Author, Journalist, Food Tour Creator, Radio Talk-Show Host, Menu Developer, Idea Guy, Passion Strategist, & Life Coach.

I traveled with the Eagles on their Hotel California tour straight out of high school.

I became a Chef, and cooked for Hollywood "elite" before starting Chef Matthew's Fine Foods, a line of sexy finger foods for Trader Joes.

I am an Expert in Metabolic Health & Nutrition, especially for those of you who need to LOSE WEIGHT or if you are suffering from DIABETES. In addition, I can help you with ways to reverse disease. Recipes, Menu Planning and Cooking are all specialties of mine.
