1 Week Tai Chi and/or Kickboxing
I can provide you with a 1 week unlimited pass for Tai Chi and/or Kardio Kicks at the Port Credit Academy of Martial Arts in Mississauga (Lakeshore & Hurontario area, for new students only). Both Tai Chi and Kardio Kicks classes are adult classes (usually 16 + older).
Tai Chi Chuan is essentially a flowing, moving meditation with gentle movements, with many known health benefits such as flexibility, stress-relief, improved balance, better breathing, more energy, and so much more. Our Tai Chi classes are based on the Yang style of Tai Chi, and also includes Chi Kung exercises, Pa Qua, Chin Na, and more.
Our Kardio Kicks classes (a combination of karate, aerobics, and kickboxing) are quite the opposite, with high energy punches, kicks, strikes, squats and more to upbeat music. Improve your cardio, flexibility, toning, and strength as you burn up to 800 calories a class!

Training & Qualifications
I have been teaching Martial Arts for just under two decades, and have been a Student Coordinator for almost as long.
Our Academy is in its 37th year and has been voted 'Best Club in the City' for many years.
Availability & Preferences
Tai Chi classes are on Mondays at 6:15pm, Wednesdays at 12:15pm, and Saturday mornings at 8:15am.
Kardio Kicks classes are held on Mondays at 7:15pm, and Saturday mornings at 9:30am.
